When Michael Dougherty first started working as an English as a second language teacher at F.H. Collins High School, there were only a handful of students who needed support.
These days the students at F.H. speaking more than 30 languages combined.
So I had to stop by to check out Culture Week and walk the halls with Mr. Michael.
